Let the kids explore the incredible flavours and spices behind Indian cuisine. Your little ones will learn about the flavours, and complexities that make Indian food so irresistable, in this half-day March Break Kids Camp. Your little Chef’s will make some new friends as they explore our kitchen and learn some basic cooking skills and techniques. When the cooking is done, the kids will sit down together to enjoy the flavours of the amazing meal they helped to create. Our March Break Kids Camps are suited to kids from 8-14. Each class comes with a free recipe book you can download after purchase.
ALOO DAL KI TIKKI: An indian flavoured potato pancake using mashed potatoes and a variety of traditional spices.
BUTTER CHICKEN: A beloved and well known indian dish featuring chicken simmered in a tomato broth with hints of cinnamon, cumin, chili and ginger.
GULAB JAMUN: A traditional deep fried indian dessert, similar to a doughnut, lightly sweetened with flavours of rose water, cardamom, and nuts.
