Let the kids explore the tastes behind Hakka chinese food. Hakka is a fusion of Chinese and Indian flavours, bringing the best each cuisine has to offer, creating a unique food experience. Your little ones will learn about the flavours, and complexities that make Hakka Chinese so popular, in this half-day March Break Kids Camp. Your little Chef’s will make some new friends as they explore our kitchen and learn some basic cooking skills and techniques. When the cooking is done, the kids will sit down together to enjoy the flavours of the amazing meal they helped to create. Our March Break Kids Camps are suited to kids from 8-14. Each class comes with a free recipe book you can download after purchase.
FRESH SPRING ROLLS: Rice paper wrapped carrots, onions and peppers offer a lightened up alternative to traditionally deep fried spring rolls.
MANCHURIAN CHICKEN HAKKA NOODLES: Chicken bites tossed in a manchurian sauce and finished off with stir-fried hakka noodles.
MANGO STICKY RICE PUDDING: Traditional sticky rice pudding, lightly sweetened and flavoured with hints of mango
