Learn how to take fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and preserve them by fermenting or canning, so your family can enjoy them year round. In this class Chef Taylor will teach you a bit about his passion and specialty, as he introduces you to the art as well as teaches you some tips and tricks based on his experience. This class will not only give you a great new set of skills, but allow you to save product, time and money.
