Cooking poultry can be intimidating, no ones an undercooked bird coming out of their kitchen. This class is designed to teach you all the skills you need to cook the perfect poultry every time. In this cooking class, you’ll learn about properly butchering a whole chicken, using every part of the bird to make your dollar go further, while you learn some recipes to make each dish you create a winner every time.

Poultry Differences: Discover the difference between cooking boneless chicken, mature birds like turkey and small game birds such as cornish hens.
Chef Butchery Demo: Watch & learn how to professional deconstruct a whole chicken into parts you’d find pre-packaged at the grocery store.
Master Poultry Cooking Methods: Use the thighs, breasts, wings and drumettes to grill, roast, fry and sear your deconstructed chicken.
Waste Not: Don’t discard your leftover poultry scraps. Use them to create chicken broth, then turn it into sauce, stew, soup or gravy.

Knives, aprons and food are all supplied. Please feel free to bring in Tupperware containers to take home some of your leftover creations
