Chop and Slice Like a Pro!
Join us for our knife skills class, which will teach you the fundamental techniques of safe and efficient knife care and handling. We begin by introducing you to a variety of different knives and their culinary uses, teaching you to choose the right knife for the job you’re working on. In our kitchen knife skills class, you’ll learn different techniques to cut various vegetables for a Stir-Fry dish, which we’ll make in the kitchen with all of our perfectly sliced veggies. Our Professional Chef Instructor will work with you one-on-one, demonstrating precise and uniform cuts, so your dishes look perfect every time.
This class comes with a FREE kitchen knife skills recipe book (PDF format), which includes the recipes we’ll be covering in your program.
Knives, aprons and food are all supplied. Please feel free to bring in Tupperware containers to take home some of your leftover creations!
