Fish is the cornerstone of every good diet, learn how to make it interesting with this healthy cooking class. There’s so much flavour and untapped potential just waiting for your culinary-focused self to discover. Your Chef instructor will start by demonstrating how to fillet a fish — from there, you’ll use the fillets to make a number of different dishes, that are sure to wow your taste buds. Our professional chef instructors will show you how to use a variety of techniques; that you can use on any kind of fish in the sea!

Knives, aprons and food are all supplied. Please feel free to bring in Tupperware containers to take home some of your leftover creations!
