A meal just never quite feels finished without some sort of starch to help fill you up and comfort you after a long day (of cooking!). In this recreational cooking class we focus on celebrating the side dish. You’ll learn how to turn a boring old potato or starch into something worth the carb count. We’ll cover some tips and tricks on how to pair your starchy sides to the proper protein, and teach you creative spins on your classic starch dishes!
