- Mini Causa
- Ceviche (Sous Vide and Citrus marinated white fish, baby shrimps, fresh corn, shallot and jalapeno, leche de tigre)
- Aji de gallina (Sweet yellow pepper marinated Cornish hen, fluffy white rice)
- Picarones (Peruvian style donut, honey and toffee glaze)
This program requires that all students have basic knife skills and kitchen organizational skills. Therefore, all students must have completed our Mise en Place course (or similar program) prior to enrolment. If you have not completed these courses, you can find them as part of our Foodie Basics Program. Please Note: All of our classes combine hands on learning with professional demonstrations and instructions.
All of our cooking classes and programs come with FREE ACCESS to our Home Chef School Recipe Box, which is filled with recipes and cooking tips from our professional chef instructors. Knives, aprons and food are all supplied for your class. Please feel free to bring Tupperware containers with you, so you can take home some of your leftover creations.
