Go on a culinary adventure in this experience based cooking program. Over the course of 8 consecutive Saturday afternoons, students will have the opportunity to experience 8 different cuisines, spanning around the world. This culinary program is designed to introduce students with basic cooking skills to new techniques, flavours and ingredients, native to different food cultures. Students must possess basic knife skills and a general understanding of basic culinary skills in order to make the most of this program.
