Go on a culinary exploration with us, as we learn all about fermentation and preservation. Over the course of 8 consecutive Thursday evenings, students will have the opportunity to experience 8 different classes, each of which focus on a different preservation technique. This culinary program is designed to introduce students to the world of fermentation and help them discover age old methods of preserving local ingredients. Students must possess basic knife skills and a general understanding of basic culinary skills in order to make the most of this program.
