A healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be flavourless. In this class you’ll learn all about specific acetobacter microbes that create the zing in your kombucha and your acetic acid in vinegar. Best of all, we will create kombuchas and vinegars that actually taste great and are more similar to a soft drink, than a fermented tea.
