Sourdough, sourdough, sourdough….. I know we have all heard the term, but what is it? What makes it special? In this class we’ll learn all about sourdough, and using living yeast to rise our bread, naturally. At the end of this class, you also will receive some of our starter to take home, which originated at one of the most famous bakeries in the world Tartine in San Francisco.
