How could we possibly discuss fermentation without beer, wine and spirits. In this class we will be talking about alcoholic fermentation, its legality and how to create amazing flavours in beer and wine. We will also create a small batch of beer and wine to introduce you to the process and all the work behind it.
Please note: In order to provide students with the best possible learning experience, we require a minimum of 3 students to participate in this class. If we do not receive the required number of registrations, we may cancel or reschedule this class with appropriate notice.
