In the wonderful world of fermentation there is one thing that stands out… SAFETY. In this class we will discuss safety in the preservation world. What to look out for and how to be safe, sanitary and in control of your fermentation projects. In the kitchen, we will practice different sanitation methods, preservation methods and the use of chemicals in a good and bad manner.
