This Father’s Day, treat Dad to an afternoon of culinary fun.
In this fun Father’s Day workshop it’s all about the meat! Dad will start with the red meats as he takes in a chef demonstration on how to butcher a striploin and a rack of lamb. From red meat, we’ll move onto pork, where he’ll learn about traditional braising techniques and how to properly smoke pork ribs. Lastly, we’ll teach Dad how to butcher a cornish hen and how to cook it to perfection.
This special Father’s Day cooking class is available Saturday June 18th ONLY. Tickets are sold individually for this event, or as a “Dad and Me” package, which admits two people to the workshop (you don’t need to be related).
All of our cooking classes and programs come with FREE ACCESS to our Home Chef School Recipe Box, which is filled with recipes and cooking tips from our professional chef instructors. Knives, aprons and food are all supplied for your class. Please feel free to bring Tupperware containers with you, so you can take home some of your leftover creations.
