This Father’s Day, treat Dad to an afternoon of culinary fun.
In this fun Father’s Day workshop it’s all about the meat! Dad will start with the red meats as he takes in a chef demonstration on how to butcher a striploin and a pork loin. From there we’ll learn how to make Wiener Schnitzel, before we move on to teach Dad how to butcher a cornish hen and how to BBQ it to perfection. Lastly, we’ll share some recipes for BBQ sides like corn on the cob and potato salad.
