This Father’s Day, treat Dad to an afternoon of culinary fun.
In this fun Father’s Day workshop it’s all about the fish! First off, we’ll teach Dad how to break down a whole salmon in a Chef led demonstration. Next, we’ll teach him how to make salmon en papillote (cooked in paper). When we finish learning about salmon, we’ll teach dad about butchering trout, before teaching him about a variety of cooking techniques such as baked vs. cured/hot smoked. Finally, we’ll cover a little bit of seafood as we learn how to cook a crab leg properly and how to cook a scallop to perfection.
This special Father’s Day cooking class is available Sunday June 19th ONLY. Tickets are sold individually for this event, or as a “Dad and Me” package, which admits two people to the workshop (you don’t need to be related).
