This Father’s Day, treat Dad to an afternoon of culinary fun.
In this fun Father’s Day workshop, it’s all about the fish! First off, we’ll teach Dad how to break down a whole salmon in a Chef led demonstration and then we’ll teach him the difference between cured salmon and hot smoked. Next up, we’ll teach him how to brine fish, how to sauté mussels and finally, how to create sous vide scallops!
