Join us for an extra special Dining Experience, Hosted by Culinaria Restaurant.
This experience is NOT a cooking class or a workshop, but rather a themed dining experience, where all you have to do is attend, sit back and enjoy the food and the company. Our Surf ‘n Turf Dinner Experience is all about that delicious moment where the land and sea come together on your plate. During this dining experience you’ll enjoy a three course meal, which includes you choice of themed appetizer, entree and dessert. Vegan options are provided for each experience.
Scallop Bisque | Canadian bay scallops, slow-poached langostino, coal roasted leek, onion caramel, crème fraiche, lobster oil
Flank & Greens | brown-butter basted AAA flank steak, Heritage Greenhouse lettuce, homemade fresh cheese, preserved beets, oregano thyme vinaigrette
Surf & Turf | butter-poached Canadian lobster tail, grass-fed beef tenderloin, roasted garlic potato pave, coal roasted root vegetables, juniper béarnaise
Brastica (vegan) | applewood smoked cauliflower, caramelized apple, roasted garlic and coconut pave potato, coal roasted root vegetables, caramelized mushroom jus

Each dining experience is part of a theme week (Wednesday to Saturday) which has been delicately planned by our professional chef’s and service team leaders. We are excited to host three seatings each night: 4:00pm, 6:00pm and 8:00pm with a maximum of 10 guests per seating.
