Join us for our couples cooking class that explores the delicate and luxurious flavours of French cuisine. In this class, you’ll have the opportunity to meet other couples as you laugh, learn and cook a delicious meal together. When the food is ready, we’ll retire to the dining room in Culinaria to break bread. Wine or other alcoholic beverages are available for purchase with each of our couples cooking classes. Price is per couple.

- Amuse Bouche : Tapenade
- Salad Niscoise (Fresh french bean, gently poached free-range egg, fresh tuna)
- Ratatouille (Slow braised summer squash, basil and fennel tomato sauce, roasted root vegetable dashi)
- Lavender Ice Cream (Free range egg yolk, garden lavender flowers, Sheldon Creek dairy)
All of our cooking classes and programs come with FREE ACCESS to our Home Chef School Recipe Box, which is filled with recipes and cooking tips from our professional chef instructors. Knives, aprons and food are all supplied for your class. Please feel free to bring Tupperware containers with you, so you can take home some of your leftover creations.
