What is Sous Vide? Loosely translated the word means, ‘Under Vacuum’. It’s basically the process of vacuum-sealing food and then cooking it at a precise temperature in a water bath. Something cooked using the sous vide method will have a different result than you could achieve with any other cooking method. In this class we teach you all about it and show you the ins and outs of what makes it such a marvelous modern cooking technique.

Knives, aprons and food are all supplied for your class. Please feel free to bring Tupperware containers with you, so you can take home some of your leftover creations.
