If you’ve ever watched food TV, chances are you’ve seen a foam put down onto a plate; but how is it made and more importantly, when should you use it? In this class, we not only talk about foams, but we learn all about modern sauces, how they’re made, and where they’re used. If you’ve taken our bootcamp sauce program before, this class is a nice way to expand on your sauce skills.

All of our cooking classes and programs come with FREE ACCESS to our Home Chef School Recipe Box, which is filled with recipes and cooking tips from our professional chef instructors. Knives, aprons and food are all supplied for your class. Please feel free to bring Tupperware containers with you, so you can take home some of your leftover creations.
