Molecular Gastronomy doesn’t sound like a lot of fun, but it’s basically a cooking class where we all become mad food scientists for an evening. In this fun and quirky cooking class, we’re learning to play with our food, on a molecular level. You’ll learn how to make things like pearls, gels, fudges and inverted sugars. We’ll even make a molecular version of a traditional dish!

All of our cooking classes and programs come with FREE ACCESS to our Home Chef School Recipe Box, which is filled with recipes and cooking tips from our professional chef instructors. Knives, aprons and food are all supplied for your class. Please feel free to bring Tupperware containers with you, so you can take home some of your leftover creations.
