Our holiday workshops are designed to celebrate the holiday season, Home Chef Style.  We currently offer 3 distinct types of workshops, each designed to get you excited for the holidays. All of these unique workshops range in duration, theme and menu, giving our favourite foodies lots of options to choose from.  All workshops are open to young adults from 14 onward and adults of any age.

Savoury Holiday Meal Prep $135/Person
Saturday, December 16th from 9am until 12pm

In this workshop, we’ll teach you how to make and use a brine for turkey, and also how to make a gravy from the drippings.  We’ll also teach you to make the perfect potato purée and give you some ideas for easy side dishes that you can make in advance.

Sweet Holiday Meal Prep [SOLD OUT]
Sunday, December 17th from 9am until 12pm

In this class, we’ll teach you how to make yeasted bread dough, create flaky pie crust from scratch, make a delicious crumble topping, fruit pie fillings, crumb pie crusts and foamed cake batters.
