Stocks are one of the most basic ingredients utilized by Chefs in their everyday cooking, and when creating many of the fancy dishes we see in restaurants and on TV shows. Why spend money on stock that is loaded with preservatives, when you can make your own with leftovers that you have already paid for! A hot bowl of soup is everyone’s favourite treat this time of year as the temperatures begin to drop, so let us show you how to make your own stock and soups from scratch, to warm your belly this winter!
