Your Chef instructor will start by demonstrating how to fillet a fish — from there, you’ll use the fillets to make a number of different dishes, that are sure to wow your taste buds. Our professional chef instructors will show you how to use a variety of techniques; that you can use on any kind of fish in the sea!
